Admission to Holyoakes Field Nursery
Our Nursery can accommodate up to 26 pupils per session. The morning sessions run between 8.30 and 11.30, with the afternoon sessions running from 12.15-3.15. We offer 15 hour and 30 hour places. Please refer to our Nursery admissions policy for further details. Visits to Nursery can be arranged by contacting Miss Tomkins in the school office.
Admission to Foundation Stage (Reception)
Admissions to Foundation Stage (Reception). Although most children transfer from Nursery to Reception an application for a place in school must made via the Worcestershire County website (click on the link below). Information packs are sent home with Nursery children in September with details of how to apply for a place and this must be done online . There is a deadline set for the beginning of January.
Admission criteria are set and administered by the Academy and are detailed in the Admissions policy and a booklet sent to all parents.
IN-YEAR ADMISSIONS
From 1st June 2020, all in-year admissions for Worcestershire schools are being co-ordinated by Worcestershire Children First. Full details of the process for application can be found on the Worcestershire County Council website.

For any parents whose child has not been offered a place at Holyoakes Field First School for our next September Reception year group, please be aware that you can join our waiting list for a place.

Appeals Process
Any parents wishing to appeal their child’s school place offer, please put your appeal in writing by letter or email to office@holyoakes.worcs.sch.uk. Please address all appeal information to Miss Tomkins, School Administrator.
